Liberty Excavators completed the DHL 84 Zions View sitework in September of 2019 for a 1,000,000 SF New Distribution Facility in East Manchester, PA for general contractor ARCO National Construction Company, Inc. Overperforming an aggressive schedule, which included mass dirt movement through the winter, this project required 665,000 CY of earth excavation, 44,000 LF of utility installation, nearly 1,500 LF of offsite sanitary main installation, stoning of the building pad, multiple basin conversions, hardscape paving, and three different sections of HOP enhancements/expansions needing completed simultaneously with the onsite work.
