Silver Spring Square - Liberty Excavators acted as the turnkey site contractor for this 485,528 SF shopping center located in Mechanicsburg, PA.  Sitework consisted of installing over 80,000 LF of utilities, a 55 FT high retaining wall and moving over 1,000,000 CY of material.
