Liberty began the project by rapidly mobilizing and worked 12-hour days to accelerate the schedule. Throughout the project, Liberty maintained constant communication with the general contractor to anticipate and address obstacles before they grew out of hand. Liberty also presented cost-saving measures, such as crushing onsite rock for fill material.
